Thank you, 2013, for all the adventures. For giving us this makulit toddler who will hit 2014 running and teething and making lizard faces. Thank you for changes. For growth. For the gift of deep breaths and sunrises. For love.

I feel like I'm crossing a parenting threshold of some sort. I am excited to do things for me this coming year. I do still love doting on Japo and Blu, of course, but I feel like I need to refill my cup so that I can give even more.
